About the Event
Join us for a unique and immersive experience in the world of Hearts of Iron IV at the prestigious Czocha Castle in Poland from November 21st to 24th, 2023.
The HOI War Academy invites you to take on the role of cadets in a military academy, participate in strategic missions, and collaborate with fellow gamers to achieve common goals.
This premiere event builds on the success of our EU4 Lan Parties since 2017 and promises to introduce completely new ways of playing the Hearts of Iron 4. You can expect an unforgettable three-day event filled with multiplayer campaigns with custom rules and role-play elements, open to players of all levels of experience from around the world.

The Experience
What will happen?
Each participant will be sorted into one of four teams. As cadets, you will experience the competitive spirit and academy life, while also working together in strategic missions and gameplay. This combination of competition and collaboration ensures an unforgettable event that celebrates Hearts of Iron IV and its community.

Tickets
All tickets are all-inclusive, and the price for regular tickets is €966, and €1076 for premium tickets. The ticket includes:

Exclusive access to all castle areas - no tourists will come your way.
Sleep in a real castle - Czocha Castle is also a hotel.
If you wish to enjoy upgraded accommodation, whether in a single room or a double room of a higher standard, the premium ticket is an excellent choice. Please note that due to location limitations, the number of Premium Tickets will be extremely limited.
Practical Information
The castle
The event will take place in the stunning Czocha Castle. The venue is also a hotel, which means that you will live, eat, sleep and play within this breathtaking location. Explore this XIV century building, discover all its secrets.
We will rent the castle exclusively for this event, so you will have a unique opportunity to play in the stunning interiors - elegant chambers, impressive halls and mysterious cellars are only some of the ravishing rooms that you will have a chance to explore.
You will be sleeping in hotel rooms located in the castle. 96 spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that the castle is not accessible to individuals with special needs, such as those requiring wheelchair access.
Food
Buffet meals will be provided by the excellent castle restaurant. We will also make sure to provide you with plenty of drinks and snacks throughout the event.
Transportation
Czocha castle is located 2,5 h from Berlin. You will have the opportunity to buy a ticket for direct transport from Berlin to the castle (and back to Berlin again).
We can also help you with arranging transport from other places.
Team
The team behind this event will be provided by the Polish brand Turbolarp. The team will take on board people who have previous experience in organizing EU4-themed LAN parties in Polish castles and online.
Paradox Interactive will be our partner and support during the event, and the team of HOI IV will join us on site. Even though they are not strictly speaking organizers of the event, nothing of this will be possible without their help and patronage.

The registration will be open from June 15th, 2023. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Types of tickets
The regular ticket price is 966 euros.
The premium ticket price is 1076 euros.
